this was the bird that started it all. i painted him in december or november and decided then about the project of a painting a day.
today i spent the day with friends and then went to a memorial service, so honestly, i just didn't get it done today. or yesterday, for that matter. but monday is a new day and new week and i will be back on schedule for the challenge of a painting a day.
